LEMON ICE-CREAM by POL CANILLAS

INGREDIENTS:
3/4 cup of lemon juice
1 cup of sugar
4 cups of milk
260g of ice


DIRECTIONS:
1:   Put water in the ice tray and put the ice tray in the refrigerator.
2:   Take the lemons and squeeze them. You need 3/4 cup of lemon juice.
3:   Mix 1 cup the sugar, the juice and 4 cups of milk.
4:   Wait for 4 hours.
5:   Put the ingredients and ice in the blender.
6:   Blend it.
7:   Cool the ice-cream in the refrigerator.
